Eindactiviteit!

Lieve Heliossers (English below), De zomervakantie komt er al weer bijna aan dus dat betekent dat het tijd is voor de EINDACTIVITEIT! Maar wees niet getreurd want de EvCie heeft voor de laatste keer nog iets mega leuks bedacht !!! Op vrijdag 30 juni gaan wij namelijk samen met jullie door de Utrechtse grachten kanoën en na afloop in het park barbecuen en borrelen. Hoe, wat, waar? We stappen om 18.00 in de kano's bij kanoverhuur utrecht aan de oude gracht (oudegracht-tolsteegzijde 275) en rond 19.30 gaan we naar het Wilhelminapark om lekker met elkaar te barbecuen. De EvCie zorgt voor de bbq benodigdheden en het eten voor de rest geldt Bring Your Own Booze (BYOB, na het kanoën kom je nog langs genoeg supermarkten). We gaan er natuurlijk vanuit dat het een stralende dag wordt, maar mocht het weer tegenvallen dan gaan wij met zijn alleen naar Jumpsquare. Inschrijven kan via de lijst in de zaal of via de website. Je op facebook op aanwezig zetten is geen geldige inschrijving. LET OP: De inschrijvingen sluiten 23 juni!!!!! De kosten bedragen +/- 10 euro. Dear Heliossers, The holiday is inching closer and that means that it is time for the FINAL ACTIVITY! But don't be saddened because the Events Committee has thought up of fantastic final activity. On june 30th we are going canoeing through the Utrecht city center and afterwards we're going to have a barbecue in the park along with a drink. How, what, where? We'll board the canoes at 18.00 and it will end at 19.30. Then we'll depart for the park for the bbq. The Events Committee will provide the food whilst the drinks is Bring Your Own Booze (BYOB, after canoeing there will be plenty of supermarkets) We hope the weather will be warm and sunny but in the unfortunate case of bad weather we'll go to jumpsquare instead. Registration is possible on the lists next to the courts or through the website. Being present on facebook is not a valid registration. The costs will be around 10 euros.
