Autumn competition
From mid-September to February, most Helios members start competing in the Autumn competition. The level of this competition varies from recreational class (RAB class) to national class (5th division). In total, all teams will play around 10-14 matches, after which all winners will be invited to play the Regional Championships in February.

The home matches will be played on Friday evening from 8:00 PM - 11:30 PM in the sports centre Olympos. The other matches will mostly be played during weekends.
During every match, you and your team will play a total of 8 games: 1 men’s doubles, 1 women’s doubles, 2 men’s singles, 2 women’s singles, and two mixed doubles. The teams consist of 4 to 6 participants and generally consist of men and women.

Spring competition
The spring competition is meant for recreational players and players in the 8th and 7th division. The spring competition is an ideal opportunity if you cannot get enough from the autumn competition, or if you want to try out a small competition. Anyhow, fun is most important during the spring competition.

In the region Centrum, the spring competition takes place between the end of January and the end of April. The home matches will be played on Friday evening from 8:00 PM till at latest 11:30 PM at the Sports Centre Olympos. The other matches will mostly be played during weekdays, but some of them may take place in the weekend.
